What are my payment options?

Here are your payment options:
  • Pay Online
    Pay your bill online manually or with Auto Pay on our secure web site. If you have not yet created your Frontier ID, go to and click Sign In at the top right corner of the page. Select Create a Frontier ID. When you log in to with your Frontier ID you can set up your online bill paying options.
  • Pay By Mail
    To pay by mail, write your account number on your check or money order and mail it to the address below. Please include your payment stub (the bottom of page one of your bill) if you have it. Never send cash through the mail!

    To make a payment by registered mail or overnight delivery, include your account number on your check.

  • Credit Card Payments by Phone
    We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and many ATM card payments through an automated phone payment service. If you have a 17-digit account number, give us a call at 1.800.921.8101 to make an automated phone payment.
  • Automatic Bank Draft Service
    You can make automatic payments from your bank account each month by signing up for our Bank Draft program. Contact us by phone at 1.800.921.8101. Don’t worry – there’s no extra charge for this!
  • Western Union
    Western Union services are available to many of our customers. Western Union agents may accept a payment on behalf of Frontier as an authorized agent, or you can use their Quick Collect service to transmit a payment. For more information about services available in your area, please contact us by phone at 1.800.921.8101. Just keep in mind – Western Union charges a fee for their service.
  • Pay In Person
    There are many local agents across the U.S. who will accept cash, check or money orders. These include Frontier offices, Frontier retail stores or other authorized Payment Agents. Make sure you bring your bill remit stub, along with your payment. For a listing of agents available in your area, you may call us at 1.800.921.8101.
