First, make sure you have a working Internet connection by trying to go to any other web site, such as Yahoo.com. Next, make sure you have already set up an Online Bill Pay account and are using the right username and password to log in.
If you have an Internet connection and are sure you're using the right log in but you still cannot access your bill at the Frontier Online Bill Pay site, you may be restricted due to non-payment. If your services have been suspended due to non-payment, contact a Frontier Representative at 1.800.921.8101 to make arrangements to satisfy your outstanding balance.
Note: Express pay is still available to a customer whose services have been suspended for non-pay, but there is a 3 to 5 day delay in a payment being posted to your account. As a result of posting delays, your services may not be immediately restored.
