Why am I not receiving incoming calls?

If your incoming calls aren’t coming through, check to make sure the ringer on your phone is on with the volume up (this is usually located either on the side or underneath the phone).

If you receive a half ring on an incoming call, Call Forwarding may be activated. Deactivate Call Forwarding by pressing *73 (1173 on rotary or pulse-dialing phones).

Troubleshoot your phone equipment if you keep having problems. If the issue is on all your phones, click here to find out if it’s due to inside or outside wiring problems. If only one or two phones in your house are having trouble, you simply need to replace the faulty equipment.
