How do I complete the enrollment process for Credit Monitoring?

You should have received an email containing your Member ID when you signed up for Identity Protection. You will need that ID to complete the credit monitoring enrollment.

To begin the enrollment process, you will need to go to www.frontier.com/creditmonitoring.

  1. Enter your Member ID, Last Name, and Zip code Click Submit.

  2. You need to enter some required demographic information. Once you have completed this section Click Continue.

  3. Based on the demographic information you entered, you will be asked a series of questions. You will have 5 minutes to complete this section or you will have to start over. Once you complete the questions, click Continue. If you fail to answer the questions correctly 3 times, you will be locked out and will need to call Frontier for assistance at 1-888-403-6037.

  4. Now create a User ID and password. This User ID and password will allow you to access the site once you have completed enrollment. You will also need to create a security question and answer to be used to reset your password. Remember that your password and security answer are case sensitive. Click Continue.

  5. Place a check mark in the box next to I agree Click the Agree button to accept the terms and conditions.

  6. Click Confirm to allow your credit profile data to be gathered. That's it! The enrollment process is complete.
