How do I set up or change my billing account information?

It’s easy to set up your account and to make changes online:
  • First log in to your Online Bill Pay account.
  • If you would like to change your paper bill or email preferences, click My Profile. In the Paper Statements section, either select or deselect the checkbox that says, "I agree to stop paper statements." In the E-Mail Settings section, choose how you would like to see your email from Frontier: in HTML format or as plain text. Then click Update.
  • If you would like to change your credit card information, click Manage Pay Method. You can choose a different default account or add a new one.
  • If you would like to change your account information (address/phone) you will need to contact customer service.
