Why am I not getting paper bills?

When you sign up for Frontier Online Bill Pay, the enrollment process will default you to no longer receive a paper bill, also known as paperless billing. If you would like to continue receiving a paper bill you will need to log in to Frontier Online Bill Pay and update your profile. Frontier maintains the last 6 months of bills online. In addition, if you should cancel your online bill pay service your paper bill will automatically be restarted.

Please note that if you would like both an online bill and a paper bill beyond 2 months, a $2.00 monthly charge may be automatically added to your bill. To stop this charge you will have to either change your account profile so that you are only receiving online bills or de-enroll from the Frontier Online Bill Pay service.

If you would like to change your paper bill preferences, you must first log in to your Online Bill Pay account, then from the My Profile page Select Account Settings.
