Customers subscribing to this AUP include Frontierfast High-Speed Internet, FrontierNetDirect, and those customers connected within the Frontier CyberCenter.

Note: As many of you may have read or heard on the news, some telephone companies have been mentioned as having provided customer telephone information to the U.S. National Security Agency (NSA). The news suggests that the requests for phone records may have been made without proper legal authority. Frontier customers can be confident that your privacy is our priority. We do not, and will not, disclose your phone records to third parties unless required to do so by law, such as a court order or subpoena.
