2009 Q3 Promotion Terms and Conditions

DISH Network Satellite TV offer: First-time DISH Network residential customers only. After free period, a $15 per month promotional credit will apply for an additional six months. After the first year, then-current price for Classic Bronze 100 package with locals will apply. Frontier Offer is not a DISH Network promotion. New DISH Network customers must participate in Digital Home Advantage: Requires 24-month commitment and credit qualification. If service is terminated before the end of commitment, a cancellation fee of $15 per month remaining will apply. Monthly fees may apply based on type and number of receivers. All DISH Network prices, packages and programming subject to change without notice. Local channels only available in certain areas. Additional restrictions and fees may apply. Savings also include a $100 rebate that will be paid to customers switching from cable service in the form of a $10 per month credit over 10 months starting in the second month of service. $100 rebate requires customer to fax a copy of their last cable bill to Frontier within the first 30 days of starting Frontier service.
