Set Up Voicemail

If you have not yet set up your voice mailbox, you must log in and initialize it. You'll need to call the access number listed in the set-up letter you received from Frontier, or you can  look up your voicemail access number online.

  • Your login ID is the 10-digit telephone number associated with your Frontier account. (Do not use hyphens when entering your mailbox number. Your mailbox ID is 10 consecutive digits).
  • A 6-digit password (or PIN) is created for you when you place your voicemail order. This is the PIN you use to log in to your voicemail. (If you ever forget your PIN, give us a call.) You can change your PIN at any time using your telephone or the online voicemail interface.
  • The first time you log in to your mailbox, it will act like a tutorial to get you started. (If you prefer, you can download the user guide for written instructions.) You will be asked to establish your permanent password, record your name announcement, and establish a greeting.
