How do I verify employment?

What is the best way to apply for a position?
Visit the Careers section of our corporate website and click the Search Jobs Now button to browse our open positions. Then create an Online Profile to apply online. You can also save jobs that interest you or set up a job agent to email you jobs that match your skill set.

What do I do after I submit my résumé?
After we receive your résumé, your qualifications will be reviewed to see if they match the job opening for which you have applied and/or any other open positions that we may have. If they are a match, a recruiter may contact you to discuss next steps. If we do not have a current opening matching your qualifications, we will retain your résumé. We encourage you to re-apply if you are interested in other opportunities.

What are the steps in the hiring process?
If we determine you meet the qualifications of a current opening, a member of our Human Resources team will contact you to schedule a time to discuss your background, experience, interest and the current opening. If it seems that the position may be a good fit for you, we will schedule you for interviews with other individuals related to this position. Our goal is to make the interview process as convenient and as informative for you as possible. (Reference checks, drug screens, and background checks will be conducted upon offer of employment in accordance with any applicable laws.)

Are benefits available if I work part time?
Yes! Many of our locations and positions offer benefits to our part-time employees. Work hour requirements range depending on the position and work location. Some benefit examples include paid time off, 401(k) savings (including profit sharing), tuition reimbursement, sales incentives and employee discounts.

If I am contacted for an interview will I hear back from the Company if I am not given a job offer?
Yes, a Company representative will communicate the final outcome.

Are unsolicited search firm and agency submissions accepted?
Frontier does not accept unsolicited résumés from search firms or agencies.

What browser and operating system is needed to search for jobs and to submit my résumé?
For optimal performance when searching jobs and submitting your résumé, use updated versions of Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, Firefox or Safari. Compatible operating systems include most versions of Windows and Macintosh.
