Revenue and share growth across the Small, Medium and Enterprise Commercial segments is a vital strategy across the corporation. The Vice President of Commercial Sales is a direct report to the Region President, is a member of the Region Senior Leadership Team, and will be visibly leading across a customer centric organization. This leader is responsible to grow the commercial customer base, leading a direct team of Account Executives who specialize in prospecting and selling Frontier products. Assuming responsibility for all commercial sales activities across the direct portion of the organization, the Vice President is accountable to develop the commercial sales strategy, lead a team of regional sales managers, ensure the support roles are operating effectively and driving the overall result of this sales channel with accountability to accelerate sales, net revenue, market and wallet share.

We are looking for someone with the experience, desire, and drive to help their sales reps become the best in the industry. Basic sales management skills such as activity tracking, and funnel management are not enough. We want you to lead your team to be champions at selling. Focusing on all aspects of their professional development will be required.
As a Sales Engineer you will be responsible for providing all the necessary pre-sales engineering support to design and price technology product solutions for business customers. Our Sales Engineer impacts our sales organization directly, in an effort to drive new high margin custom applications through all sales channels plus drive new revenue and maintain existing revenue. In addition you will serve as the gateway for market intelligence on changing customer requirements for new technology and products. You will be a key contributor to the overall value proposition presented to the customer.
