“We prioritize hiring veterans, we extend employment opportunities to the spouses of military members and we hold frequent job fairs geared towards veterans and their families,” said Frontier President and CEO Dan McCarthy. “Through agencies like The WorkPlace and programs such as Joining Forces, we help prepare veterans for new and challenging careers. We are proud that 13% of our workforce are military veterans and reservists,” added McCarthy.

In 2015, we were named a Top Military Friendly Employer by Victory Media and Most Valuable Employer for Military Winners by GI Jobs. We also maintain national partnerships with Armed Forces Foundation, Honor and Remember and Patriot Guard Riders. Our memberships include Joining Forces, a White House initiative to ensure that service members, veterans and their families have the tools they need to succeed, and the Veteran Jobs Mission (formerly known as the 100,000 Jobs Coalition) which is committed to collectively hiring a total of one million military veterans.
