A Passionate Commitment to Inclusion

We believe in diversity and inclusion across our organization, from our corporate offices to our network engineers and field technicians to our supply chain. We know that the key to delivering innovative, competitive communications services is to have a supply base that’s as diverse as the communities we serve.

As part of our sourcing process, our supplier diversity program identifies and recruits qualified, diverse-owned businesses committed to delivering uncompromising quality and competitive pricing. We are focused on casting the widest net we can when it comes to sourcing talent, and we continually seek new opportunities to work with business owners who are women, veterans, minorities, LGBTQIA+ or disabled.

To ensure we are giving everyone an opportunity to partner with us, we have launched an online portal and supplier tracking database for easy access to certified diverse supply partners. We have also established the Frontier Supplier Diversity Council. Comprised of members from our Executive, Procurement and Supplier Diversity teams, this group leads our company’s collaboration efforts with community-based organizations in support of the Minority and Woman-Owned Business Enterprises, Veteran Business Enterprises and Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender-Owned Business Enterprises.

"Developing a diverse supply chain empowers a workforce that represents the diverse communities in which we operate and advances our purpose: Building Gigabit America®."

Building Powerful Partnerships

We have developed an extensive national supplier community with thousands of partners who provide services as needed to meet and support the expectations of our shared customers. Our open and collaborative partnerships are essential to ensuring mutual long-term business success and strengthening relationships.

We provide a number of resources to help support our suppliers and increase exposure with our customers, including our robust Supplier Lifecycle Management tool that enables easy self-service registration and account maintenance.
