- Trouble logging in: Your login/username is the email address or user ID that you used to sign up for monitoring. You can reset your password by clicking the Forgot Password link on the Identity Protection home page. Passwords are case sensitive.
- Error message after logging in: If you see an error message after logging in, log out and try again. If you continue having problems, please chat with us.
