In this video, you'll learn how to add an email contact in Microsoft Outlook.

First, open Microsoft Outlook. Then click on the arrow under New Items and select New Contact. Enter the name of the new contact in the Full Name field, and then enter the contact's email address in the Email Address field. You can also add a phone number and address for your new contact in the corresponding fields. When you've entered all of the information that you'd like to include, click the Save & Close button.

That's it. You're all set.

In this video you'll learn how to update your username in Microsoft Outlook.

First, open Microsoft Outlook and click on File, Account Settings, and then Account Settings again. Double-click your email account and then click More Settings. Now make sure that your user name is the same as your email address. If not, enter your fill email address. Next, hit OK, then Next. Then close the Account Settings box, and you'll be returned to the main Outlook window.

First, click on the New button in the top left corner. In the To field, enter the email address of the person you are trying to send a message to. Enter a subject in the Subject field. Below, type your message. When you've finished typing your message, go ahead and click Send.

Click Tools then Account Settings. Click the New button. Enter the name you would like people to see when you send them an email. Now, enter your Frontier email address. Enter your Frontier password in both the Password and Retype Password fields. Check the box for Manually configure server settings or additional server types. Then click Next.

Make sure Internet Email is selected. Click Next again. Enter pop3.frontier.com for Incoming mail server. Enter smtp.frontier.com for Outgoing mail server. Enter your Frontier email address for User Name. Enter your Frontier password. Click the More Settings button.

Click the Outgoing Server tab. Click the box for My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication. Click the Advanced tab. Check the box for This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL). Note that the port number in the box above should change to 995.

Choose SSL from the Use the following type of encrypted connection drop-down menu. Enter 465 for the Outgoing server port, then click OK. Click Next. Click Finish.

Close the Accounts window and that's it. You're all set.

In this video you'll learn how to enable SSL, or Secure Sockets Layer, in Microsoft Outlook.

To get started, click Files in the menu bar at the top left. Next, click Account Settings then select Account Settings. Now select the account that you would like to edit, and click Change.

Under Login Information, verify the User Name. It's your full Frontier email address. Click More Settings and then select the Advanced tab. Click the box for This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL) under Incoming server. The port should automatically change to 995.

Next, choose SSL in the dropdown menu by Use the following type of encrypted connection. In the Outgoing server (SMTP) box, enter 465 and then click OK. Then click Next. This will test your account settings. When it's finished, close the text box and then click Finish.

That's it. You're all set.

In this video, you'll learn how to mark an email message as junk or spam in Microsoft Outlook.

If a message comes into your mailbox that you consider spam or junk mail, you can simply mark it as junk and remove it from your inbox. This will also automatically redirect all messages from that sender to your junk mail folder.

Let's get started.

To mark a message as junk or spam, highlight the message in your inbox to select it. Then right-click on the email and select Junk from the menu and then Block Sender. You'll then see a pop-up window that confirms you marked emails from this sender as junk or spam. Click OK.

If you accidentally blocked a sender, you can retrieve it. Go to your Junk email folder, highlight the email message, right-click on it and select Junk from the menu, and then click Never Block Sender. You'll then see a pop-up window that confirms that the sender of this message has been added to your Safe Senders list. Now click OK.

That's it. You're all set.

Let's go ahead and get started.

To get started, click on the New button in the top left hand corner. Type the email address you'd like to send the attachment to in the To field. Enter a subject in the Subject line. Type a message to the recipient. Next click Insert. Click on Attach File.

Browse to the location where you have saved your file. Select the file you would like to attach, then click Insert. You'll notice the file shows in the attachment line of the email message. Click Send.
