How to make service changes

Schedule a service appointment

  1. Tap the Support menu icon.
  2. Tap Support Wizard, then Troubleshoot to check the status of your connection.
  3. If connection issues are present, tap Schedule an appointment.
  4. Select your date and time. Tap Continue.
  5. Enter a name and phone number for the person who’ll be present when the tech arrives. They must be 18 years or older.
  6. Tap Confirm appointment.

Reschedule or cancel a service appointment

  1. Select a service appointment from the Home or Support screens.
  2. Tap Modify appointment.
  3. Select Reschedule appointment to pick a new date or time.
  4. Select Cancel appointment. Call the number provided to complete cancellation.

How to change account information

Manage contact information

Phone numbers
  1. Tap More then My Account
  2. Select Phone numbers
  3. Tap Edit
  4. Select Change default number to pick a new default phone number
  5. Tap the plus sign next to Add new number to add a phone number
  6. Select the red minus icon to remove a phone number
Email addresses
  1. Tap More then My Account
  2. Select Email addresses
  3. Tap Edit
  4. Select Change default email address to pick a new default email address
  5. Tap the plus sign next to Add new email address to add a new email
  6. Select the red minus icon to remove an email address

Manage password

  1. Tap More then My Account
  2. Select Change password
  3. Enter your current password and a new password
  4. Verify your new password
  5. Tap Update

Manage Wallet

Add a new payment method
  1. Tap More then My Account
  2. Select Edit next to Payment methods
  3. Tap the plus sign next to Add new payment method to add a new card or bank account
  4. Add your credit card or bank account and tap Add Payment Method
Update or remove a payment method
  1. Tap More then My Account
  2. Select Edit next to Payment methods
  3. Tap the payment method you want to update.
  4. Select Save payment method to update payment details or Remove payment method to remove your card or bank account

Manage Face ID (Apple users only)

  1. Tap More then My Account
  2. Enable or disable Face ID using the toggle under Password & security

How to make billing changes

Make a payment

  1. Tap the Make a payment button or Pay button on the home or billing screens.
  2. Select the amount you want to pay: total balance, past due amount or custom amount. Tap Select amount.
  3. Choose a payment date and tap Select payment date.
  4. Choose your payment method and tap Select payment method.
  5. Tap the Pay button.

Edit or cancel a scheduled payment

Edit a scheduled payment
  1. Tap the Billing menu icon
  2. Select History
  3. Tap the arrow next to the scheduled payment you want to edit
  4. Select the Edit payment button
  5. Change your payment amount, date or method
  6. Tap done
Cancel a scheduled payment
  1. Tap the Billing menu icon
  2. Select History
  3. Tap the arrow next to the scheduled payment you want to edit
  4. Select the Cancel payment button
  5. Tap Yes, cancel

Manage Paperless Billing

  1. Sign in to the app for Android or iPhone
  2. Tap Billing then Manage
  3. Tap the toggle next to Paperless billing to turn it on or off

Set up or manage Auto Pay

  1. Sign in to the app for Android or iPhone
  2. Tap Billing then Manage
  3. Tap the toggle next to Paperless billing to turn it on or off
  4. Choose or add a payment method and agree to the terms and conditions
  5. Tap Save
