Account & Billing | Understanding Your Bill

How do I set up or change my billing account information?

It’s easy to set up your account and to make changes online:
  • First log in to with your Frontier ID and password.
  • Click My Profile.
  • To use a different email address for billing notifications, enter the address in the Email box and click Save.
  • To update your home or cell phone numbers, enter them in the appropriate boxes.
  • To change your password, enter your current password, then enter your new password (note the password requirements), enter it again for confirmation and click Save.
  • To receive your monthly statements online, click the checkbox next to Enroll in paperless statements in the My Accounts section.
  • To change your bank account or credit card information, click My Payments and select Manage Payment Methods. You can add a new payment method or edit an existing one.
