Save money for yourself and your friends and family with the Frontier Referral Rewards program. Visit  frontier.com/referral and follow the steps to refer any of your eligible friends and family members. All current Frontier customers may participate in the program.

How the Program Works
  • With each qualified customer referral you complete, Frontier Referral Rewards lets you—a current Frontier customer—earn up to $150 in bill credits ($15 per month for 10 months). A referral is considered complete when your friends and family sign up for a new account with Frontier for their Internet and/or Phone, TV or Frontier Secure service.
  • Once you refer friends and family through the program, we take care of everything. Frontier will send out personalized emails to your friends and family indicating that you referred them and that each of you can save on your bill when they sign up for Frontier services. Note: You must have a valid email address to participate in this program. If you are a Frontier Internet customer, you are entitled to a free email account.
  • Once they sign up, you both receive up to $150 in bill credits.
  • The credits will be applied to each of your bills starting 30 days after your friends and family sign up.
  • Credits will be issued over a 5- or 10-month period, depending on how many Frontier services your friends and family receive as part of their new account. The credit is not issued as a one-time event. Depending on your billing cycle, it may take up to two months before you begin to receive your credit.
  • Your friends and family must remain Frontier customers in order for you both to continue receiving the bill credit rewards.
Eligibility
  • You are eligible for the program as long as you are a Frontier customer in good standing.
  • Frontier services are available in 29 states and must be available where your friends and family live in order for them to be eligible.
  • Your friends and family become eligible for rewards 30 days after signing up for a new Frontier account, as long as they remain a customer. They may also refer their friends and family for even more rewards.
  • There is no limit to the number of friends and family you may refer.
  • If you are a new Frontier customer who was not referred to Frontier through this program, you are not eligible for a bill credit, but you are eligible to refer others through the program so you and they can save money on your future bills. If your friends and family recently signed up for Frontier services without your referral, you are not eligible for a credit. The bill credit applies only to brand new customers who are referred to Frontier through this program.
Credit Limits The Frontier Referral Rewards bill credit limit is $599.00 in a calendar year. If the rewards go over that amount, Federal law requires that any customer receiving bill credits in the amount of $600 or more in a calendar year must receive a 1099 tax form from Frontier. If that happens, you will be required to provide your valid Social Security number. Qualifying bill credits over $599 in a calendar year will not be awarded until you provide all information required to generate a 1099 tax form.
Check My Status Once you've signed up, check the status of your rewards at  frontier.com/referral. Log in with your email address and the password you created to see how many referrals have signed up as a result. You can also see the status of each referral—whether it has been completed or the bill credit has been applied. Remember that depending on your billing cycle, it may take up to two billing periods before you see your credit applied.

The services that the referred customer signs up for must be priced at $9.99 per month or higher to qualify. Not all products available in all areas. Bill credits issued over a period of 5 to 10 months. Number of bill credits and period over which credits are issued determined based upon the number of products the referred customer buys. The maximum is $15 in bill credits per month for 10 months if the referred customer buys 4 products. Frontier Secure or DISH® sold without Internet or phone service will not qualify for referral rewards. DISH will only qualify if it is a net new DISH customer. Other terms and conditions apply.
