Frontier is proud to welcome our new customers in California, Florida and Texas, and we’re pleased to tell you about the Frontier Communication Rewards program. Points that you earned previously with Verizon’s My Rewards+ for Residential customers and Small Biz Rewards for Business customers can be redeemed through Frontier.
Frontier will issues awards based on your existing point balance. Simply sign into your account to access your point balance to explore reward options, including eCertificates to major retailers you know and love.
- You cannot earn any new points, so we encourage you to redeem the points you have.
- In the near future you may be able to redeem points for Video On Demand programming. We will inform you if this happens.
- If your card requires a four digit PIN to activate, the information can be found on the top left portion of the first page of your past Verizon bill statements with your Account Number. If you have a nine-digit account number, the four digits preceding the 0001 or 001 are your PIN. If your Account Number has 10 digits, use the last four are your PIN. You can always contact the number on the back of the card or call Frontier at 1.800.921.8101 for Residential customers or 1.800.921.8102 for Business customers to assist you in activating your card.
Anyone who previously participated in Verizon’s rewards program and is now a Frontier residential or small business customer with a Frontier ID is eligible and may redeem their points. Simply log in to frontier.com with your Frontier ID and click the "Frontier Rewards" link in the Tool Box section near the bottom of your screen.
