Overview

You can check your Order Status or Ticket Status online, with or without logging in to your Frontier account. First choose how you want to access your status (below), then click for detailed instructions: Check Your Order Status or Check Your Ticket Status.

  1. Click Support menu at top of any Frontier.com page (next to Shop and My Account), and select Order Status or Trouble Ticket Status.
  2. Click Order Status or Ticket Status icon near top of any Help Center page.
  3. Log in to MyFrontier mobile app and tap menu icon and Help Center, then select Order Status or Trouble Ticket Status.
  4. Residential customers: Log in to  Frontier Account Management Portal, click Account Summary menu and choose Check Order Status or Check Ticket Status.

    Enterprise customers: Log in to  Enterprise Portal, click My Account tab on task bar, and choose Check Order Status or Check Ticket Status.
