Check Your Order Status

You can check your Order Status with or without logging in to your Frontier account.

While Logged In

  1. Choose your account from the Account drop-down list.
  2. See all orders from last 30 days:
    • Order Number
    • Order Date
    • Status: In-Progress, Completed, or Cancelled. Hover over status to see description of status type.
  3. Click arrow to left of any order to view:
    • Phone Number associated with order
    • Completion Date or estimated completion date
    • Product Ordered
  4. If you have an appointment scheduled, see:
    • Scheduled date and window of time
    • Order number associated with appointment
    • Contact information if you need to reschedule
Without Logging In

  1. Choose Order Status from Frontier web site or Help Center as explained in Overview section of this article.
  2. Enter:
    • Last Name or Business Name—Last name of account owner or Business name.
    • Order Number—Supplied to you by phone or email when you placed the order.
    • Service Address Zip Code—Zip code for location where you receive Frontier service.
  3. Click Check Status to see:
    • All orders from last 30 days
    • Date order were created
    • Status
    • Completion Date or estimated completion date
  4. If you have an appointment scheduled, see:
    • Scheduled date and window of time
    • Order number associated with appointment
    • Contact information if you need to reschedule
