Check Your Ticket Status

You can check your Ticket Status with or without logging in to your Frontier account.

While Logged In

  1. Choose your account from Account drop-down list.
  2. See all trouble tickets from last 30 days:
    • Ticket Number
    • Ticket Status: In-Progress, Completed, or Cancelled. Hover over status to see a description of status type.
    • Creation Date
    • Completion Date or estimated completion date
  3. Click arrow to left of ticket to view:
    • Phone Number associated with ticket
    • Completion Date or estimated completion date
    • Ticket Description
  4. If you have an appointment scheduled, see:
    • Scheduled date and time
    • Contact information if you need to reschedule
Without Logging In

  1. Choose Trouble Ticket Status from Frontier web site or Help Center as explained in Overview section of this article.
  2. Enter:
    • Ticket Number—Supplied to you by phone or email when you requested service.
    • Service Address Zip Code—Zip code for location where you receive Frontier service.
    • Last Name or Business Name—Last name of account owner or Business name.

      or

    • Account Number—Frontier account number associated with trouble ticket.
  3. Click Check Status to see:
    • All tickets from last 30 days
    • Date tickets were created
    • Status
    • Completion Date or estimated completion date
  4. If you have an appointment scheduled, see:
    • Scheduled date and time
    • Contact information if you need to reschedule
