Our goal is to maintain all of the key products and services you had with Verizon. You will be notified in advance if there are any changes to your current services. Frontier Communications offers a suite of Internet, TV, phone, protection and online security, and texting products.

We have been working behind the scenes to ensure a smooth transition from your Verizon account to your new Frontier account, providing as much continuity as possible. For example:

  • Frontier will continue to offer Vacation Service as you had with Verizon. If you are on Vacation Service at the time of the transaction, your regular service will resume on the date that you originally set with Verizon.
  • Frontier plans to continue to charge the same rates for services that were provided by Verizon. There may be minor variations in taxes, surcharges and fees as they vary by state. You may see changes to the end of your contract term, rate changes or end of promotion term periods.
  • Your Lifeline Service will continue. Lifeline Service is a federal program and will be maintained with no changes by Frontier as long as you meet the qualifications of the program.
  • You may continue to use your Verizon rewards gift card per the terms and conditions provided at the time the card was issued. In the event changes need to be made to the program after switching to Frontier, we will provide you with advance notice.
