How to Compare Two of Your Bills

Wondering why your Frontier bill is higher or lower than it was last month? It's easy to do a side-by-side comparison of two of your Frontier bills online.

To compare two of your Frontier bills:

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Click My Bills at the top of the page, and choose either Current Bill or Past Bills. (You can also click View Current Bill.)

    There are 3 ways to get to the "compare bills" page
  3. Click Compare Bills.

    The "Compare Bills" button will change color when you click it.
  4. On the Compare Bills page, click the checkboxes to select two of your bills from the list. Then click the COMPARE BILLS button.

    Click the checkboxes to select 2 bills. Then click the Compare Bills button.
  5. You'll see a side-by-side comparison of the amounts charged for each line item on your bill.
  6. To compare a different bill, click one of the drop-down menus at the top of either column of charges and choose another date.
