My Profile

To update your profile, tap the menu icon in the top left corner and select My Profile. Here you can:

  • Edit your Frontier ID or mobile number by tapping Edit in the Personal Information section
  • Update your password by tapping Change Password
  • Link to another account
  • Tap the account number in the Linked Accounts section to:
    • Select paperless billing
    • Edit your billing address
    • Manage authorized users linked to your account
