Updates to Frontier Payments

We've recently upgraded our payment processing systems, so you may notice a few changes when you pay your Frontier bill.

We've made things simpler:

  • It's easy to make a payment, manage your payment method and/or using Auto Pay.

If you have saved payment methods:

  • We moved your information to the upgraded system, but we could not migrate expired credit cards. You may enter new payment methods at any time.
  • All logins associated to an account are able to use all saved funding methods for that account.

If you use Auto Pay:

  • Your Auto Pay draft date now matches your payment due date.
  • We worked to seamlessly maintain your Auto Pay settings in our upgraded system. There's a possibility you may need to customize your Auto Pay settings again. If this is the case, we do apologize for the inconvenience. Please log in to see if everything is still the way you want it.

If you wish to make one-time payments:

  • You may schedule payments up to 45 days in the future.
