If you receive an email with Red Alert or Red Flag, you are at the Highest Risk of identity theft. You should immediately call 1.888.403.6037 and consult with Customer Service. We will put you in touch with a licensed investigator. The fraud specialists and licensed investigators on staff are available to consult with you and help you determine your next steps.
- Trouble logging in: Your login/username is the email address or user ID that you used to sign up for monitoring. You can reset your password by clicking the Forgot Password link on the home page of either site. Please remember that passwords are case sensitive.
- Unable to verify your identity: If there is a problem with your identity verification during the enrollment process, call Customer Service at 1.888.403.6037. We are available 24/7/365.
