- A Red Alert or Red Flag means that you are at the Highest Risk of identity theft. You should immediately call 1.888.403.6037 and consult with Customer Service. We will put you in touch with a licensed investigator. The fraud specialists and licensed investigators on staff are available to consult with you and help you determine your next steps.
- If you have trouble logging in, remember that your login/username is the email address or user ID that you used to sign up for monitoring. You can reset your password by clicking the Forgot Password link on the home page of either site. Please remember that passwords are case sensitive.
- If we are unable to verify your identity during the enrollment process, call Customer Service at 1.888.403.6037. We are available 24/7/365.
