Remove a User from My Account

To remove a user from your Frontier Multi-Device Security account:

  1. Log into the Multi-Device Security portal.
  2. Click on the icon of the user you wish to remove.
  3. Click on the Remove from Security Group option.

Note: If you are the Admin of the Frontier Multi-Device Security account, you can remove any user except yourself. If you are not the Admin of the account, you can only remove/add your own devices. You cannot remove other users.
