To remove a user from your Multi-Device Security account:
- Log into the Multi-Device Security portal.
- Click on the icon of the user you wish to remove, and then click again on the user’s “bubble”.
- Click on the Remove Person link.
Note: If you are the Admin of the Multi-Device Security account, you can remove any user except yourself. If you are not the Admin of the account, you can only remove/add your own devices. You cannot remove other users.
