Remove a User From My Account

To remove a user from your Multi-Device Security account:

  1. Log into the Multi-Device Security portal.
  2. Click on the icon of the user you wish to remove, and then click again on the user’s “bubble”.
  3. Click on the Remove Person link.

Note: If you are the Admin of the Multi-Device Security account, you can remove any user except yourself. If you are not the Admin of the account, you can only remove/add your own devices. You cannot remove other users.
