How to install Frontier Multi-Device Security

Frontier Multi-Device Security is an optional security package that protects up to 10 devices from threats like malware, ransomware, viruses and phishing scams. Learn how to install Multi-Device security.

Before you begin

You cannot have two anti-virus or multi-purpose security products from different companies on your device. You must remove any anti-virus software from your computer or device before installation.

System requirements

You can install Multi-Device Security on PC, Mac and iOS or Android devices. It’s recommended that you have 1 GB of memory or greater for PC and Mac.

Mac: 10.14 and above

iOS: 11 and above

Android: 5.0 and above

How to install and set up Frontier Multi-Device Security on your mobile device

When you order Multi-Device Security, we’ll send you a welcome email with login information.
  1. Download the Secure app for Android or iOS.
  2. Open the app. Sign in with the username and temporary password provided from your welcome email.
  3. Follow the instructions on your screen and the prompts to complete your installation.

    How to install Frontier Multi-Device Security on your computer

    When you order Multi-Device Security, we’ll send you a welcome email with login information.
    1. Sign in to the Multi-Device Security portal with the username and temporary password provided in your welcome email.
    2. On the next screen, select Add Device under your username.
    3. To activate Multi-Device Security on the device you’re using, choose Mine or my child’s device.
    4. To activate the software on another device, choose Someone else’s device.
    5. Follow the instructions on your screen and the prompts to complete your installation. Once finished, your software will show a status of Protected.

      You can manage your account through the Multi-Device Security portal. Learn more about managing your account online or in the app including:
      • Managing your licenses
      • Changing or resetting your password
      • Changing the email associated with your account
