Find My Access Number

To find your local dialup access number, look at the  Frontier Dialup Internet Access Numbers and select the number for the area nearest to you. We do not have a toll-free 800 number for dialup access at this time.

Some numbers are marked with a letter P or a letter A next to them. The P means this is an access number belonging to one of our partners because Frontier is not the local phone company. The A means this is one of our alternate access numbers. You always need to enter your complete email address to authenticate to any of our access numbers.

Technical Note: When you are connected to a "traveling" access number, you will be able to send email via our smtp.frontier.com mail server. You will need to enable the option in your email program to authenticate via the outgoing mail server using your complete email address and password. Do not select the option to use Secure Password Authentication.
