  • The instructions below are applicable for a Palm Treo 750p device. Other Palm models may vary with regard to their mail set up procedures; please refer to the instructions you received with your specific Palm model.

To set up your Frontier email account on your Palm device:

  1. From the Home screen, select E-mail.

  2. Select New.

  3. Enter and make the following selections:
    • Frontier for the Account Name.
    • Other for the Mail Service.
    • IMAP for Protocol.
    Select Next.

  4. Enter:
    • Your Frontier email address in the Username field.
    • Your Frontier email password in the Password field.
    Select Next.

  5. Enter:
    • Your complete Frontier email address in the Email Address field.
    • imap.frontier.com in the Incoming Mail Server field.
    • smtp.frontier.com in the Outgoing Mail Server field.
    Select Next.

  6. Select Done.
