How to Enable SMTP Authentication in IncrediMail
Click Properties on the Mail Accounts window.
Note: If you receive email from a provider other than Frontier, your account name may differ from what appears in the image shown here.
Select the Servers tab at the top of the window that appears.

Look at the Incoming mail server and Outgoing mail server sections.

Place a checkmark in the box to the left of My server requires authentication. Do not select Log on using Secure Password Authentication. Click the More Settings button.
Select Log on using, and enter your complete Frontier, FrontierNet, Citlink / CTAZ, Newnorth, or Epix email address in the Username field. For CTAZ customers, enter your email address in the format of firstname.lastname@example.org (replacing ctaz.com with citlink.net). Please note, this will not change your email address. Next, enter your password in the Password field. Do not select Log on using Secure Password Authentication. Click OK.
