Priority Ring/Priority Call

With Priority Call / VIP Alert, you can now program up to 12 (in some areas up to 15) telephone numbers with a special ring, enabling you to distinguish certain incoming calls from all others.

Notes:

  • Priority Ring/Priority Call is not available to Frontier Voice customers in Connecticut at this time.
  • If you have Call Waiting, calls from selected numbers will alert you with a special Call Waiting tone.
  • Any calls made to you from outside your defined calling area or through an operator will ring normally.
