Call Transfer lets you transfer a party that you've called or has called you, to another party of your choice.
To transfer a call:
- While you're on your call, press the switch hook, flash or link key.
- Wait for the dial tone, then dial the party to whom you want to transfer the call.
- Hang up when the dialed party answers (or when the call goes to voicemail). The call is complete.
Important Note: Call Transfer is not currently available to Frontier Voice customers in Connecticut.
