Call Transfer

Call Transfer lets you transfer a party that you've called or has called you, to another party of your choice.

To transfer a call:

  1. While you're on your call, press the switch hook, flash or link key.
  2. Wait for the dial tone, then dial the party to whom you want to transfer the call.
  3. Hang up when the dialed party answers (or when the call goes to voicemail). The call is complete.

Important Note: Call Transfer is not currently available to Frontier Voice customers in Connecticut.
