Access Voicemail by Computer

Handle your voicemail as easily as your email, right from your computer.

Frontier Customers in Connecticut can access voicemail through the Unified Messaging Portal at um.frontier.com. Simply enter your 10-digit telephone number and the same PIN used to access your voicemail box.

Connecticut customers may also use the Voicemail Viewer app from Google Play or the App Store.

See these user guides for complete details:

All Other Customers can access their voicemail through the Frontier Message Center at webmail.frontiermessaging.com. Sign in with your 10-digit mailbox number and PIN.

Find the information you need to:

  • Set or record your greeting
  • Handle your messages: Save messages as files or forward them to email (forwarding not available in Connecticut)
  • Receive an email notification (not available in Connecticut)
  • Automatically place a call to the person who placed the message while you’re listening to the message (for Frontier Deluxe service subscribers only)

Mailbox Size & Message Retention depend on your exact voice plan. If you run short of storage space, delete unwanted messages. They will remain in your Erased Messages folder for 7 days. Save messages to your computer if you want to keep them indefinitely.
