Handle your voicemail as easily as your email, right from your computer.
Frontier Customers in Connecticut can access voicemail through the Unified Messaging Portal at um.frontier.com. Simply enter your 10-digit telephone number and the same PIN used to access your voicemail box.

Find the information you need to:
- Set or record your greeting
- Handle your messages: Save messages as files or forward them to email (forwarding not available in Connecticut)
- Receive an email notification (not available in Connecticut)
- Automatically place a call to the person who placed the message while you’re listening to the message (for Frontier Deluxe service subscribers only)
Mailbox Size & Message Retention depend on your exact voice plan. If you run short of storage space, delete unwanted messages. They will remain in your Erased Messages folder for 7 days. Save messages to your computer if you want to keep them indefinitely.
