Frontier is pleased to inform you that your voicemail service is being migrated to a new, more reliable voicemail platform. This upgrade will occur between midnight and 6 a.m. During this time, you may experience a brief interruption of your voicemail service.
Take Action: On or after your migration date (either May 23 or June 20)…
To access your old voicemail messages, dial your temporary access number and use your old PIN to log in. Saved messages from your previous voicemail cannot be converted to the new platform.
Note: Access to the old system will be available until July 31.
