Fax Messaging

If you subscribe to Frontier Message Center, then your mailbox supports fax messaging. Unified Messaging can also be added onto each Frontier Message Center service offering. You need to have a second number for the caller to use when they send you a fax. This second number is associated with your mailbox, so when the fax is received, the fax message is deposited into your mailbox. Your mailbox cannot, however, send a fax.

When you receive a fax message, you can save it as a .tif file on your computer. This file can be viewed, printed, or used as an email attachment. From your telephone, you can also re-direct the fax message in your mailbox to a regular fax machine to be printed.
