Manage My Greetings

Non-Connecticut Customers with Frontier Enhanced Messaging: If your computer has a microphone, you can click Record and start speaking to record your greeting. Click Stop when you are finished.

All mailboxes include a personal greeting recorded in your own voice. Every mailbox may also have a busy greeting recorded in your own voice, which allows the caller to know that you are currently on another phone call. If you do not want to record a personal greeting, there are three system greetings you can choose:

  1. Name announcement and phone number
  2. Phone number only
  3. General greeting with no name or number.

Customers subscribing to Deluxe or Family service also have an Extended Absence Greeting available. See pages 9–11 in the  Frontier Enhanced Messaging User Guide.
