On Demand from FiOS® TV lets you watch your favorite movies, TV shows, premium channel content and other programming any time you want.

FiOS TV by Frontier provides a large library of 150,000 On Demand entertainment choices and has programming defined into categories such as:

  • FiOS Movie Deals
  • Pre-Order Movies
  • Zona Latina
  • Events
  • Adult
  • Subscriptions
  • and more!
How do I…
Order programs? Order programs easily with your remote. Press the On Demand button, make your selection and follow the prompts to order. The charges will appear on your monthly bill. With On Demand, you can "buy" a title and watch it again and again. It's easy to build a library of your favorite titles to watch whenever you want. Or, choose from thousands of titles to rent. Remember, you have up to 30 days to begin watching a rented title. But once you begin watching, you have 48 hours to watch a rented title.
Block certain programming? Use Parental Controls to block access to programming. Selectively block Pay-Per-View and On Demand purchases, choose to show or hide adult programming from TV Listings, or block programs with a particular rating level or higher. Create a PIN so controls can't be changed without your approval. The user-defined PIN will be required to access blocked content.
Troubleshoot problems?
  • Using your remote, reboot your Set-Top Box (STB). Go to Menu > Customer Support > Top Support Tools > Reboot STB.
  • Another option is to unplug router for 30 seconds and plug it back in.
  • If this doesn't resolve the issue, make sure:
    • all router connections are correct and secure.
    • you are a subscriber to the On Demand programming you want to view. For example, to watch HBO On Demand, you must be an HBO subscriber.
    • your Network Interface Module (if you have one) is plugged in and all connections are secure.
    • your Frontier-provided router is connected before the VoIP router (if you have one). Not doing so can degrade the quality of both your On Demand and Internet service.
Important: If you are using a Cable Card-equipped device, such as TiVo®, you will not be able to access On Demand content.
Watch my On Demand purchases if I cancel Frontier Video service? If you have On Demand purchases but cancel Frontier Video service, you will still be able to access and watch these titles using the FrontierTV web site and mobile app. Here's how:

  1. To watch on a web browser, go to tv.frontier.com. Or, to watch on an iOS or Android device, download the free FrontierTV app from the  Apple App Store, or the  Google Play Store.
  2. Sign in with your Frontier ID and password. (Having trouble signing in?)
  3. Go to My Library section to find your On Demand purchases.
Note: Other features of the FrontierTV web site and mobile app, like live streaming and access to subscription On Demand content, are only available to current Frontier Video subscribers.
