How to program my Frontier TV remote

Follow these step-by-step instructions to program your Frontier TV remote to work with your TV and Frontier set-top box.

Pay-Per-View

With Pay-Per-View on Frontier TV, you get a front-row seat to the latest shows and events like concerts, boxing matches and fights. Follow these steps with your remote control:

  • Connecticut customers: Tune to Channel 102 or HD Channel 106
  • All other Frontier TV customers: Tune to HD Channel 106
  • Scroll to select a program, then press OK to see the time, details and pricing
  • Use your remote's Fast Forward button to jump ahead 24 hours in the guide

Pay-Per-View events may be ordered up to two weeks in advance. You cannot cancel an order. Event schedules are subject to change. Additional fees may apply.

    Whole-Home HD DVR

Record up to four shows at once on a single DVR, then play them back in any room in your home. Pause a recorded show in one room, and continue watching it in another.

    Here’s how:

    • To pause or rewind live TV from any receiver, simply press the Pause or Rewind buttons on your remote. You can pause live TV for up to 60 minutes. Press Play to restart your program.
    • To begin recording the program you're watching from any receiver, press RECORD on your Frontier remote. Press STOP to end the recording at any time.
    • Whole-Home HD DVR even lets you schedule a program recording or series recording right from your Frontier program guide.
