These troubleshooting tips will help you with error messages.

Discovery Bar Error Message May indicate network connectivity problem. Make sure your router is working properly.
TiVo® Mini Can't Find Host DVR Ensure both devices are on same network and physically connected to same router.
App Error A v301 error when launching an app indicates a problem with app or network.
  • If issue is specific to app, check with app provider for help.
  • If issue is system-wide, make sure your router is working properly.
TiVo® Search TiVo Search function searches program guide on available channels and video providers. Make sure channel you wish to search is checked in Channel List.
