If you continue to receive the same email messages over and over again, chances are that you have one message in particular that is prohibiting you from receiving all of your email. You can access the mail server directly to determine what message may be causing the problem by browsing to:
If you are able to determine which message is causing the blockage, you should be able to delete the message from the mail server, which, in turn, should enable your email program to perform correctly again.
Tech Note 1: If you are unable to receive messages, keep in mind when you email email@example.com that you'll need to use an email account other than your Frontier, FrontierNet, Citlink/CTAZ, New North, Epix, or GVNI account, or you will be unable to receive the message that we are sending you.
Tech Note 2: We have also found that email scanners and software firewalls may cause this issue. Try turning off both your email scanner and firewall to see if this resolves your problem of receiving duplicate messages.
