How do I program my Fiber TV remote?

We recommend starting with the code search method. Here’s how:

  1. Turn on your TV and set-top box.
  2. Press and hold the OK and Live TV buttons, then release both at the same time. The red LED light will blink twice and stay on.
  3. Press and hold the Play button while the remote tries different TV codes.
  4. When your TV turns off, release Play immediately.
  5. Turn on the TV by pressing TV power then Vol+ and Vol- to see if the TV responds.
  6. Press OK to save code programming. The red LED will blink 3 times and turn off. Your remote is now programmed.

How do I program my Frontier TV remote?

We recommend starting with the code search method. Here’s how:

  1. Turn on your TV and set-top box.
  2. Press and hold the OK and Live TV buttons, then release both at the same time. The red LED light will blink twice and stay on.
  3. Enter 922 on the remote’s keypad, then press and hold Play.
  4. When your TV turns off, release Play immediately.
  5. Press Enter on the keypad to save the code. Your remote is now programmed.

How do I set up or manage my set-top box?

Whether you’re upgrading to a new Frontier® service or adding a new set-top box to another TV, activating your set-top box is easy.

Fiber TV customers
  1. Connect one end of the HDMI cable to your set-top box and the other end to your TV
  2. You’ll see a series of flashing lights on your set-top box during activation
  3. A message will show on your screen to show the installation progress
  4. When the lights on your set-top box turn green, your service is activated
Frontier TV customers
  1. Connect your router to your set-top box with the provided ethernet cable
  2. Connect one end of the HDMI cable to your set-top box and the other end to your TV to start the activation process
  3. A message will show on your screen to show the installation progress
  4. When the lights on your set-top box turn green, your service is activated
