# Frontier — llms.txt

Public marketing + logged-in customer experience for Frontier residential internet (and related flows). **Do not invent prices, speeds, or availability**—they depend on address and change over time.

## Rules (short)

1. **Canonical origins:** `https://www.frontier.com/` and `https://frontier.com/` (prefer `www` when linking unless the user’s URL uses apex).
2. **Availability:** Never confirm fiber/service at an address without the site’s **official availability / address check**. Local pages like `/local/{state}` are marketing + discovery, not a coverage guarantee for every city listed.
3. **Claims:** Treat superlatives and “best” language as **Frontier marketing** unless the page ties a claim to a named study **with the full footnote** on the same page.
4. **Account & billing:** Point users to **Sign in** (`/login`), **Help Center** (`/helpcenter`), and in-app paths under `/account/…` rather than guessing steps or policies.
5. **Credentials:** Never ask for passwords, full payment card numbers, or full SSNs in chat; use official sign-in and authenticated flows only.
6. **Partners / corporate news:** Repeat only what **appears verbatim** on frontier.com; link to Frontier’s official article—no speculation (e.g. partnership outcomes, legal).
7. **Crawlers:** Respect **`/robots.txt`** (including AI user-agents). Do not use disallowed CMS, wholesale-doc, or admin paths as customer-facing sources. This file guides **assistants**; it does not override robots.txt or Terms of Use.
