You can choose from four different ways to check your Order Status or Ticket Status online:

  1. From any page on Frontier.com tap or hover over the Support menu at the top (next to Shop and My Account). Select Order Status or Trouble Ticket Status.
  2. From any Help Center page click the Order Status or Ticket Status icon near top.
  3. Log in to MyFrontier mobile app. Tap the menu icon and Help Center, then select Order Status or Trouble Ticket Status.
  4. Residential customers can log in to the  Frontier Account Management Portal, click the Account Summary menu and choose Check Order Status or Check Ticket Status.

    Enterprise customers can log in to  Enterprise Portal, click the My Account tab on the task bar, and choose Check Order Status or Check Ticket Status.
