After creating or changing your account passcode, you’ll receive an automated confirmation based on your notification preferences. These can include a text message, email, automated phone call or by mail.
- Sign in to your online account
- Click My Profile
- In the Frontier ID, Online Password & Account Passcode section, click Change under Account Passcode
- Enter any 5-digit number in the New Passcode field and confirm your entry
- Click the Change button
