When Connecticut customer Joyce Crawford called Frontier with questions on her bill in early July, she never expected the call would save her life. When she began to slur her words, call center employee John Pelow quickly recognized that she may be experiencing a medical emergency and called 911. John's quick thinking helped Joyce receive the medical attention she needed.
