Your security is a top priority. To protect your account information, we are asking you to create a 5-digit account passcode.
Each time you call Frontier, we’ll ask you for your 5-digit account passcode to verify your identity.
Note: If you have linked accounts, each account needs its own account passcode.
What about my 4-digit PIN?
You'll still use your 4-digit billing PIN to make one-time payments and manage your online Frontier ID / Username.

How to Create Your Account Passcode
- Log in to My Account
- Click My Profile
- Click to expand the Frontier ID, Online Password & Account Passcode section
- Click Create beneath the words Account Passcode
- Enter any 5-digit number in the New Passcode field and type it again in the Confirm Passcode field. You can click the eye icon to show or hide your passcode.
- Click the CREATE button
- Your account passcode is created! We'll send you an automated confirmation in one of the following ways:
- a text message
- an email
- an automated phone call
- a postcard
How to Change Your Account Passcode
- Log in to My Account
- Click My Profile
- Click to expand the Frontier ID, Online Password & Account Passcode section
- Click Change beneath the words Account Passcode
- Enter a new 5-digit number in the New Passcode field and type it again in the Confirm Passcode field. You can click the eye icon to show or hide your passcode.
- Click the CHANGE button
- Your account passcode is updated! We'll send you an automated confirmation in one of the following ways:
- a text message
- an email
- an automated phone call
- a postcard
What to Do If You Forget Your Account Passcode
Should you forget your account passcode, it's easy to find.
- Log in to My Account
- Click My Profile
- Click to expand the Frontier ID, Online Password & Account Passcode section
- Click Show Passcode beneath the words Account Passcode
- Your 5-digit passcode is now visible.
If you're unable to log in, and need to speak with Frontier:
- Call us at 1.800.921.8101
- We will verify your identity by sending you a 6-digit temporary code by text or email
- Tell the temporary code to the Frontier representative
- Once the representative verifies your temporary code, they can help you with any questions about your account
