Plan What is Covered
Office Multi-Device Protection Desktop computers, laptop computers, tablets and netbooks*; multi-line telephones; and accessories including monitors, keyboard and mouse. You get $2,500 of coverage for 12 consecutive months. Claims are simple: one call and your equipment is on its way. Please read the  Terms and Conditions for more details.
Office Multi-Device Plus Protection Starts with the same coverage as above for your computers* and multi-line telephones. Plus you get added protection for faxes, scanners, printers and projectors. Covered accessories include monitors, keyboard and mouse as well as routers and hubs. It's $5,000 of affordable, comprehensive coverage—with no contracts, no receipts to save and an easy one-call claims process. Please read the  Terms and Conditions for more details.


  • There is a 30-day waiting period before claims are covered. You receive 30 days of coverage after you cancel your service to reimburse you for the initial waiting period.
  • Your equipment is covered by the shipper if it's damaged during shipping, whether it's being shipped to or from you. We will facilitate the claim with the shipper.

*Must be equipped with Windows XP or newer, Android version 1.6 or newer, Apple operating system version OSX or newer, or Linux OS with 2009 publication date or newer. iPads must be equipped with operating system of 4.3 or newer. Monitors must be 24-inch or smaller. Homemade computers are not covered. ADH coverage—accidental damage from handling—protects laptops, notebook and tablets from cracked screens, spills, drops and other mishaps. Preexisting conditions aren’t covered.
