Call Forward Busy

With Call Forward Busy your important calls can still be answered—even when you're unavailable! When your phone line is busy—even if you are on another call—you can forward your incoming calls to any phone number you choose automatically.

Activate:
  • Dial  9 0.
  • Listen for a special dial tone, dial the number that you want your calls forwarded to, followed by the # sign and hang up.
 Exceptions:
  • For Seneca Gorham: Dial  5 0.
  • For Rochester: Dial  4 8.
Deactivate:
  • Dial  9 1 and listen for a confirmation tone.
 Exceptions:
  • For Seneca Gorham: Dial  5 1.
  • For Rochester: Dial  4 9.

For Call Waiting customers, Call Forwarding Busy will forward your incoming calls when you're already on the line with two callers or if you have temporarily deactivated Call Waiting. Repeat the activation process to change your forwarding number.
